One month into blogging and I’m actually learning a new language, taking up a couple of new skills, circulating in new networks, making new amazing friends, discovering some really interesting and entertaining conversations/discussions, entering a new space and exploring the old and new me - all at the same time.

Much much more than I could have expected.

The ShineWithGrace now is indeed very different from what I have planned, in terms of layout, functions, contents, everything.  (I should show you a snap of its previous version which existed for just 1 week.  Or, maybe not, it’s essentially before and after make-over…)

The extremely smart technologies saved me from much sweat and provided me a very comfortable platform for sharing of ideas, and I would like to mention the followings:

Blogging could be time-consuming and takes much more hard work than expected.  Nevertheless, efforts pay off.  I particularly enjoy walking around the blogsphere and listening to what people are talking about - it’s simply fascinating when you come across one meaningful conversation or a thought-provoking question.  And the good news is:  there are plenty quality posts out there.

For me, the most amazing and unexpected thing blogging brings me is the chance to consolidate my thoughts and  (re-)explore myself.  The contents I planned to write were very different from what I have been writing now.

It feels great to just let it flow.

Hi Shine! Your blog looks like it’s managed by an experienced blogger. In fact, every element on your blog says “this blogger is savvy…” I guess you must be a fast learner. Or do you have a good coach behind you? Anyways, keep up the good work. Only two months blogging and you sure look like a seasoned pro! This is amazing.

Blushed! I would love to claim that I’m a fast learner… Well, the fact is, blogging appears to be superisingly comfortable for me and I’m doing what I enjoy! And, well, no, I don’t have “a coach”, but I do like walking around and observe what the good bloggers are doing. There are many inspirations.

I do feel lucky to have picked up this blogging habit, all by chance.
