I resonate a lot with you.  I also set boundaries for myself too and they ineviably hold me back, even without my knowing it.  Glad that my awareness is higher today so I can work on it.</description>

I think that is holding a lot of us back from achieving our goals.  At least I know it is true for me.  I set boundaries that seem reasonable, but when it comes down to it, maybe on the other side of the boundary is success.  I usually give myself a set time to complete tasks, but often I feel like a few more minutes would turn a mess into a success.  I am going to put this into action this week.
