I completely agree.

I think Steve Jobs said it really well at his D5 interview. "If you really look at the ones that ended up, you know, being “successful” in the eyes of society and the ones that didn’t, oftentimes, it’s the ones [who] were successful loved what they did so they could persevere, you know, when it got really tough. And the ones that didn’t love it quit because they’re sane, right? Who would want to put up with this stuff if you don’t love it?"

Well, basically it reads like nothing venture, nothing gain. How many people have missed golden opportunities because they fear to step into the unknown. Food for thoughts for those still holding back. Nice post.

He that is over-cautious will accomplish little.

~ Fried rich von Schiller

Dear Shine,

I especially love this quote, and it reminds me of one of my friends, who has great talent, but too cautious in his personality. Not much accomplishment so far, really a waste. I do wish that he could think bigger and be brave.

This is a reminder for us all.

A ship in the harbour is safe, but that is not what ships are built for.

Amen to that one. I live by this rule! Very nice post. :)
