Have been working from 8 am to 2 am on a daily basis for my new start-up. Feeling tired? No quite, but very excited. I think this is the wonder of doing what you like - it some how doesn’t feel like work and you simply put yourself into it naturally.
Yesterday, my partner, Sophie, and I took a few hours off and visited 3 exhibitions in a roll for Sotheby’s and Christie’s were bringing some master pieces to Hong Kong, and displayed them in extremely generous manners which allowed the viewers to take real close look of the art pieces; while the Hong Kong International Contemporary Art Fair was also taking place here for the first time. (I have visited the Sotheby’s on it’s first day of exhibition. Visit my post on the reflections I gained from the Sotheby’s exhibition.)
Besides being thrilled by the master pieces brought by the auction houses, we were also more than delighted by the many art pieces shown in the Art Fair.

The possible dream
When we move to our permanent office, let’s place Will Clift’s sculptures at the reception!
Yes, and this beautiful Woman Dressing painting in the Conference Room.
Woman Dressing by Maung Aw from Burma
Seriously, we have actually checked the prices of the art pieces. Hopefully it won’t talk long…
We talk about goal setting from time to time at Shine. And, this is one of the most beautiful goals so far - to have our own permanent office and placing the art pieces we liked in it.
It’s all very worthwhile…
