Do you know what mistakes you usually make?
Start thinking about this since being tagged by Jon at Chimeric Day Dreams on the meme requiring the participants to explain the most common writing mistake they make.
So, what is my most common writing mistake?
Am I aware of my writing mistakes?
Am I aware of my mistakes?
…
Awareness
I think it boils down to awareness.
I should have made many more mistakes that I am aware of.
If I am not even aware of the mistakes I made, how can I rectify them?
…
That I am aware of…
One thing that I am aware of and working on is my (past) tendency of jumping to conclusions. Yes. Jumping to conclusion, making a judgement before I have gathered adequate information about a situation, a person…
I still trust gut feelings and there is the balance to strike. Now, (when I am alert enough), I would ask myself to note my gut feelings, the first impressions - but allow myself more time to explore and dig deeper before making the decision. Mostly (gladly) the outcome confirms what my gut tells me, while the awareness allows me to learn more and be more objective.

Instructions:
To play this game, all you must do is explain what your most common writing mistake is. Then, you simply tag five individuals for the meme. Those five people will, in return, tag five more people. Ultimately, readers should see a tapestry of common grammar and spelling mistakes. Therefore, anyone that is feeling ashamed of their errors will feel a bit more confident and secure.
Copy the person and persons names who sent it to you and add your own at the bottom of the list. It really helps build community.
My most common writing mistake? Mixing the word “from” with “form” all the time… A bit silly? Well…
Thank you Jon and the following for creating and passing the tag.

I look at the pictures I’ve taken with your words, and I am astonished by them. I see them in a way that I do not see them when I pull them out too look at them at my leisure. I get to see the photos through your eyes. I see what made them special, as if I am seeing them for the first time.
I read your words and I realize that one of my biggest mistakes is artistically being too hard on myself, because I see the work differently and realize that I am holding myself back by not being fully appreciative of what’s before me. I get to see a unique visionn all over, through the eyes of others.
Thank you. oxox
Dear Jon,
Your words are very unexpected.
All of us look at things with different lens. And, in a different context things would look different.
Maybe I’m also a perfectionsit - always being harsh to the self. And yes, your reflections also remind me that we can relax a bit, - and we may find a brand new perspective.
Your photos are really beautiful and they have souls.
Shine, I did the tag finally..
sorry for waiting so long…
